- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Industrial.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Industrial.
- Set KPIs, align with national strategy, and continuously improve products, services, and performance.
Identify market opportunities and lead innovation in sales and remarketing.
Sales Excellence & Channel Performance
- Build and optimise high-performing physical and online sales channels across NZ.
- Benchmark, analyse, and improve remarketing results by site and region.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Partner with Marketing to drive campaigns, attract sellers and buyers, and strengthen brand presence in the Industrial space.
Client Leadership & Business Development
- Grow business from new and existing clients, lead tenders, and deliver exceptional service.
- Analyse competitors and provide market intelligence to sharpen our competitive edge.
Financial Leadership
- Lead annual and long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategies.
- Drive performance to exceed targets in revenue, yield, and profit.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build a performance-driven, inclusive, safety-first culture.
- Mentor, coach, and develop your team—lifting capability, accountability, and engagement.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- Significant experience in a similar senior sales leadership role
- Proven success managing sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning capability
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement & relationship-building skills
- Experience in complex, multi-site environments
- Exceptional planning, project management & problem-solving ability
- Degree in a related field (or Advanced Diploma with significant experience)
- Current driver’s licence & Valuer Certificate (e.g., ASA)
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualifications
- Industrial, automotive, or remarketing sector experience
